Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions patients ask most often.
For information only — not medical advice. The content on this page is patient education to help you understand a condition or treatment. It is not a substitute for personalised assessment by a qualified clinician. Always consult your doctor or specialist about your own symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment decisions.
Do I need a referral?
Self-funded patients do not need a referral. Most private insurers do require one — your GP can provide this.
How quickly can I be seen?
New consultations are typically available within a few working days. Urgent and second-opinion enquiries are prioritised.
Will I always be seen by Mr Madi?
Yes — every consultation is consultant-led.
Can I bring a family member?
Absolutely. Many patients bring a partner or relative to consultations, and we encourage it.
